What shipping options do you offer to the US? We provide the following shipping methods for customers in the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item? Log into your account, go to “Orders”, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are there items that cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons, earrings and any pierced jewelry are final sale and non-returnable.

How do I choose the right jewelry? Most of our pieces are one size fits most. For necklaces and bracelets, we provide length measurements on each product page. Please check the description and images carefully.
What materials do you use? We use high-quality metals (gold-plated, silver-toned, stainless steel), crystals, pearls, and cubic zirconia. All materials are nickel-free and skin-friendly whenever possible.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Many of our pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials. We always recommend checking the product details for specific information.
